Hospital visiting hours are daily from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. After 9:00 P.M. the hospital doors are locked.
Family members and friends are encouraged to visit during regular visiting hours. One adult visitor is welcomed to stay overnight with a patient. All of our patient rooms on the medical-surgical floor include a fold-out bed for an overnight guest.
Friends and family who have coughs, colds, or fever are encouraged not to visit while they are ill.
Children Visitors: Children can be a welcome distraction for an ill loved one, but they can tire a patient out very easily. Children under 14 must be accompanied and supervised by a non-patient adult who is at least 18 years old and are expected to remain with the adult who is supervising them. Neither the patient nor hospital staff will be responsible for supervising children.
Free parking is conveniently located directly in front of the entrance.
Each patient room offers a telephone, television and Wi-Fi access. The telephone and television remote are by the bedside. To dial outside the hospital, first press “9.” Long distance calls can be made with a calling card. Nurses and caregivers are available to assist patients with use of the phone.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for our guests. Login information → SSID: Promise Guest Password: welcomepromise (must accept terms and conditions agreement by launching web browser first)
